Featured acts include Helen Highwater Stringband with Missy Rains, David Grier, Mike Compton and Shad Cobb, and many others. The Big Horn Mountain Festival is gearing up for a bluegrass and old-time folk singer lineup July 8-10 in Buffalo, Wyo.
“We have a great lineup of well known, established musicians and some great young talent,” said organizer Paul Jarvis.

Other performers include The Jones Gang, Jeff Scroggins & Colorado, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, David Parmely & Cardinal Tradition, Steep Ravine, the Jalan Crossland Band, Bebe LeBoeuf, and Prairie Wildfire. Food, refreshment, arts and crafts vendors are also featured.
The festival will also host Wyoming’s Mandolin and Banjo State Championships as well as fiddle and guitar contests. A Band Scramble contest will highlight pickers who want to compete in a fun and lively band contest.
